I am trying to find out more information about John C Wilkenson. He was supposed to have been born in Fayette County Pennsylvania and died in a Soliers Home in Ohio. He served in the army during the War with Mexico (1847-1848).
His wife's name was Jane and she died in 1860. That is all I know about her.
They had one son, William Raleigh, and I think they must have had other children.
I don't know where else to look for information. Any help is appreicated.
